A very narrow form of the tough English oak. Perfect as an avenue or screen tree where space is limited. Slow to moderate growth, but tough and adaptable to a wide range of conditions preferably in full sun.
Prefers a slightly acid soil, but will readily adapt to most soils provided there is some drainage. Excellent option to a less drought hardy Lombardy Poplar.
