Grevillea Lavandulacea "Pinky Petite" is a small garden shrub featuring a beautiful display of masses of soft pink flowers from early Autumn through to Spring. These beautiful flowers are nestled on a backdrop of fine grey foliage creating a wonderful display.
Pinky Petite is great ground cover for native gardens and general landscaping. This Grevillea also looks fantastic in rockeries and a decorative pot.
Grevillea Pinky Petite prefers a well-drained soil in a sunny or partly shaded position and once established is drought and frost tolerant.
Planting: Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so that soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly and water in even if the soil is moist.
Care: Always ensure regular watering is provided for your new plants. The plants may need watering for around 12 weeks or until they are established depending on time of year and weather conditions once planted.
Good mulching will assist to reduce weeds and maintain moisture levels. Maintain fresh growth, shape and promote dense habit by pruning after main flowering time. Feed in early Spring with a low phosphorus fertiliser.
