Grevillea "Cream Passion", Grevillea Superb x Grevillea Moonlight. This vigorous growing dense shrub has foliage that is deeply divided and when flowering a stunning display of cream and pink flowers which are produced on mass, starting at the end of winter going through to summer. These large flowers are a great way to attract nectar feeding birds to your garden.
Prefers full sun postition with well drained soil. Once established is hardy and tolerates a range of conditions like coastal plantings.
Looks lovely as a hedge, can be used as a small screen, as a feature plant or is excellent in a decorative pot for court yards around the pool.
Planting: Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so that soil level is the same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly and water in even if the soil is moist.
Care: Always ensure regular watering is provided for your new plants. The plants may need watering for around 12 weeks or until they are established depending on time of year and weather conditions once planted.
Good mulching will assist to reduce weeds and maintain moisture levels. Maintain fresh growth, shape and promote dense habit by pruning after main flowering time. Feed in early Spring with a low phosphorus fertiliser.
